Rajinikanth secure after endovascular restore, to be discharged in two days: Chennai hospital

Actor Rajinikanth, who was admitted to Apollo Hospitals on Monday (September 30, 2024) underwent an endovascular restore for a swelling within the aorta. His situation is secure and he needs to be discharged in two days, in accordance with a medical bulletin issued by the hospital on Tuesday (October 1, 2024).

In response to the bulletin, the actor had a swelling in the principle blood vessel leaving his coronary heart (aorta), which was handled by a non-surgical, transcatheter technique. The hospital’s senior interventional heart specialist Sai Satish positioned a stent within the aorta fully sealing off the swelling. The process went as deliberate and Mr. Rajinikanth is secure and doing properly.

He additional stated, “We want to let his well-wishers and followers know that the process went as deliberate. Mr. Rajinikanth is secure and is doing properly. He needs to be at house in two days.”
