NEW DELHI: Russia has signed an settlement with India to provide its Igla hand-held anti-aircraft missile to the nation.
In keeping with the pact, Russia may even enable home manufacturing of the Igla anti-aircraft missile system in India, Reuters reported quoting information company TASS.
Regardless of India’s efforts to chop down dependence on arms import, Russia stays its greatest weapons provider.
From 2016-2021, Russia accounted for over 50% of India’s arms imports.
